Gabrielle Hendriks

Gabrielle specialises in usability, information design and online documentation. Her recent work has been helping a major bank develop thier business continuity planning tools. Gabrielle is passionate about making users 'smart' by design and loves working collaboratively in small multi-skilled teams. She has BA (education major), GradCert in Human Computer Interaction and GradDip in Information Management.
