Technology should be an enabler to how we work, live and play, not the dictator! Successful systems have a good match between the way they work and the way people work. This means the process of creating applications, intranets and web sites should be focused on what people do and how they do it.
We enjoy the work we do and we truly believe it makes a difference. So we use tools and techniques that maximise the return on our efforts.
This includes using a systematic design method to ensure consistency and high quality in the work we deliver. This provides predicability for our clients as activities are mapped out ahead of time.
Our method is what we call an 'activities' based approach to design. The design process is broken down into discrete activities so we can then create the optimum design process for each project we work on. The benefit is flexibility to meet our client's specific situations without compromising the quality of the design.
Our aim is to ensure not only is there a user centred focus in our designs, but also in the way we work with our clients.
